Define before requesting quotations
Small furniture is a structural product, not a decorative image. Dimensions, materials, wall thickness, joinery, fasteners, stability, intended load, assembly sequence and packaging determine whether two quotations are truly comparable. We prioritize compact, non-safety-critical products that can be documented and inspected against an approved construction standard.
Product families
Compact occasional tables with defined top, frame, finish and assembly.
Simple seating or upholstered storage with specified structure and intended use.
Freestanding racks and shelving designed around dimensions, stability and hardware.

Customization and MOQ
Finish, color, dimensions, upholstery and packaging can differentiate a product, but every structural change should be reflected in the drawing and sample. Using existing hardware and standardized panel sizes may lower risk, while new metal frames, molds or custom finishes can increase tooling and MOQ.
MOQ is reviewed by material, tooling, color, component and packaging—not treated as one arbitrary number. See the China sourcing MOQ guide.
Controlled sourcing sequence
Align use, materials, dimensions, quantity, destination and packaging.
Compare suppliers on the same construction and commercial assumptions.
Record corrections and the final reference before production.
Check defined risks, packing data and shipment readiness.
Sample development
The sample should be assembled with production-intent hardware and instructions. Record assembly time, missing or ambiguous steps, wobble, surface condition, alignment, fastener engagement, floor contact and packed condition. Defined load or stability checks should reflect the intended use and destination requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Existing frames, panel sizes and finishes can support a more practical starting point. Custom structures, special finishes and upholstery programs generally increase the minimum.
A photo does not define hidden construction, thickness, joinery, dimensions or tolerances. A drawing makes quotations and inspection criteria comparable.
Intended use and a specific test method should be defined. Marketing claims should not be published without relevant evidence and destination-market review.
Flat-pack construction, carton optimization and controlled protection can reduce volume, but they must not compromise assembly, finish or damage resistance.
Send the reference, quantity, customization, destination and timeline. We will identify the smallest practical next step.
