A category needs a specification
Bag quality is determined by more than the outer fabric. Lining, reinforcement, seam allowance, thread, zipper, puller, buckle, webbing, padding and stress-point construction can materially change durability and cost. A quotation that does not identify these elements is difficult to compare and risky to approve.
MICStore coordinates bag and travel-accessory programs from a clear product brief through supplier comparison, sampling, practical quality checks and shipment handoff. We focus on original, unbranded or properly authorized designs and avoid copying protected logos or distinctive branded products.

MOQ and commercial feasibility
Bag MOQ is influenced by fabric availability, custom dyeing or printing, hardware color, logo process and the number of variants. Using stocked fabric and standard hardware can make an initial program more feasible. A new molded buckle, custom zipper puller or exclusive print may create a separate minimum that must be planned into the order.
For a wider planning framework, read our MOQ guide for China sourcing and supplier quotation scorecard.
Development sequence
Align specifications, quantity, customization, destination and commercial constraints.
Compare suppliers against the same materials, construction, packaging and assumptions.
Record the approved version, corrections and checkpoints before production begins.
Coordinate quality evidence, packing data, inspection and shipment handoff.

Samples and quality checkpoints
The sample should be evaluated both empty and loaded. Check shape, dimensions, pocket access, zipper travel, strap adjustment, reinforcement, balance and packing. Corrections should be issued as a numbered change list; the final sample and specification together become the approval standard.
Supplier capability and the inspection scope should be reviewed before a deposit. See our supplier verification and quality inspection service.
Packaging, shipping and landed cost
Bags can often be nested or compressed, but excessive compression may crease coated fabrics, distort padding or affect presentation. Carton packing should be designed after the approved sample, and moisture protection should reflect material and shipping conditions. Mixed-color assortments also need clear carton identification.

Review measurements, capacity, access, comfort, hardware, construction, loaded appearance, branding and packing. Record all corrections and approve one final version.
Only with documented approval. Hardware substitutions can affect color, operation, durability, appearance and compliance, so the agreed specification should control bulk production.
