📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product is significantly different from the description

  • You changed your mind (only for unused/unopened items)

🛑 Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition (unless damaged/defective upon arrival).

🔄 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Intimate apparel or undergarments

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Final sale / clearance items

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact Us at returns@made-in-china.store with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide you with the nearest return address (we offer local returns in many regions).

  4. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval using a trackable shipping service.

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product).

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items

Please take photos of any damaged packaging or products and email them to returns@made-in-china.store within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund you immediately after review.
